How to Upload Your Print-Ready Files
To ensure the highest quality for your custom display, we make it easy to upload your print-ready artwork during the ordering process. Please follow the guidelines below to submit your files correctly:
File Requirements:
Accepted Formats: PDF, AI, EPS, or high-resolution TIFF (300 DPI or higher)
Color Mode: CMYK (not RGB) for accurate color reproduction
Bleed: Include a minimum of 0.125" (1/8") bleed on all sides
Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them in the file
Linked Images: Embed all images or include them in a packaged folder
Upload Process:
Prepare Your Files according to the guidelines above.
Visit the Upload Page: Navigate to our Upload Files section located in the main menu or linked in your order confirmation email.
Include Your Order Number: Enter your order or quote number in the upload form so we can match your artwork with your project.
Add Notes (Optional): Let us know of any specific instructions, file layers to use, or print preferences.
Submit: Click "Upload" and wait for the confirmation message. Our team will review your files and contact you if any adjustments are needed.
